PremierPerk, a Premier360 company (“PremierPerk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy applies to the PremierPerk marketing website, ordering portal, customer-account pages, and related online services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to third-party websites or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, maintain shopping carts, remember account and website preferences, support saved-product features, secure the Services, understand website performance, and improve the customer experience.

Cookies used through the Services may include:

  • Essential cookies required for account login, shopping-cart functions, checkout, security, and core website operation.
  • Functional cookies that remember preferences, saved items, and other requested features.
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand traffic, usage, performance, and website errors.
  • Advertising cookies, if used, that help measure campaigns or provide more relevant advertising.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings and any cookie-preference tool available on the Services. Disabling certain cookies may prevent account, cart, saved-item, or checkout features from working correctly. Where required by applicable law, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Technology and business-service providers, including website hosting, cloud storage, order-management, ERP, email, customer support, analytics, security, fraud-prevention, and professional-services providers.
  • Your organization and its authorized administrators where your account or purchases are managed by your employer or another business customer.
  • Government authorities, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, accounts, or transactions.

Sale of personal information. PremierPerk does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If our use of advertising or analytics technology is considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law, we will provide any notice and choice required by that law.

5. Payment and Delivery Providers

When you make a payment, information such as your name, billing address, email address, phone number, purchase amount, and transaction identifiers may be transmitted to the payment provider processing the transaction. The payment provider’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

To calculate delivery, fulfill an order, generate delivery documentation, or provide tracking and notifications, we may share information such as your name, business name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order number, and order contents with delivery, logistics, or fulfillment providers.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, account activity, order and delivery requirements, contractual commitments, security needs, dispute-resolution needs, and applicable legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

For example, we may retain account information while an account remains active; order, invoice, delivery, and transaction records for the period required to meet business and legal obligations; and support communications for a reasonable period after the matter is resolved. When information is no longer required, we may delete, de-identify, or anonymize it, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, account authentication, security monitoring, employee practices, vendor oversight, and protections appropriate to the nature of the information maintained.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of certain personal information.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

Certain information may be exempt from a request or retained as permitted or required by law, including information needed to complete transactions, maintain financial records, prevent fraud, secure the Services, or establish and defend legal claims.
